Louis J. Freeh, Esq., Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, in testimony before the senate committees on appropriations, armed services, and select committee on intelligence, on the threat of terrorism in the United States smears the patriot movement (those who seek the restoration of the Constitution for the united States for all—regardless of race, creed or religion) as consisting entirely of right-wing, racists:
Right-wing terrorist groups often adhere to the principles of racial supremacy and embrace antigovernment, anti-regulatory beliefs. Generally, extremist right-wing groups engage in activity that is protected by constitutional guarantees of free speech and assembly. Law enforcement becomes involved when the volatile talk of these groups transgresses into unlawful action. … On the national level, formal right-wing hate groups, such as World Church of the Creator (WCOTC) and the Aryan Nations, represent a continuing terrorist threat. Although efforts have been made by some extremist groups to reduce openly racist rhetoric in order to appeal to a broader segment of the population and to focus increased attention on anti-government sentiment, racism-based hatred remains an integral component of these groups, core orientations.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Freeh was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].

Governments have a closely held motto: “If they are not for our government, they are against it, at least to some degree.” It pinches because the ‘they’ is us, and it has an element of truth. That’s why the bribery of the dole, it may be distasteful, but it pays regular. Most are easily bought off, and have come to think that extortion, in their name, and with a suitable override for salaries and pensions, is the right of Caesar to command. “Bread & Circuses”, or tax, tax, tax, spend, spend, spend, elect, elect, elect. But I must say that very few Libertarians would hold the coat of any of the Aryan Nation, Identity people, etc., they espouse racial/religious hatred and violent aggression, neither of which is a Libertarian act. Short of the violence and hatred, they have as much right to exist as a Wahabist, unless they act to injure others. Then any initiation of force or fraud should be punished as a Fully Informed Jury may decide. ——JL
