The tenth circuit court of appeals decides Baca v. Colorado Department of State, declaring as unlawful the Uniform Faithful Presidential Electors Act, as passed by the legislature of colorado.  The UFPEA establishes sanctions against presidential Electors who vote their consciences against the majority of their state’s voters.
