Subsequent Events:

       The ninth circuit court of appeals hands down Echazabal v. Chevron: under the Americans with Disabilities Act, United States enemy [subject]-citizens—with known medical conditions—have a right to sue a business for discrimination if they are not hired for positions which would endanger their health.
