Armed robbers take over a Wendy’s Hamburgers restaurant, in New York City. Every customer and worker—none of whom are armed—are bound, gagged and herded into a walk-in refrigerator. Each is shot in the head; five are murdered outright; two are gravely injured. Life, liberty and property are all violated.
