Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto governor W. Asa Hutchinson, II, Esq., of the confederate state of arkansas, signs Senate Bill 308 nearly ending civil asset forfeiture.  This act prohibits–in most cases–statute enforcement officers from seizing private property without a criminal conviction.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Hutchison was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
