While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Wells Fargo (commercial bank) reaches an out of court settlement with the Department of Justice, agreeing to pay a civil penalty of 2,090,000,000 “dollars” for selling sub-prime mortgages that fell into default.  The fine goes to the U.s. treasury, which was NOT defrauded, and not to its customers who WERE defrauded.
