The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Reno v. American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, holding as lawful the Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996, which restricts due process for naturalized citizens who hold politically incorrect positions; and strips Article III courts of the lawful authority to intervene in deportation cases.
