Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Clinton, Esq., signs the Intelligence Authorization Act of 1999, authorizing Federal statute enforcement officers to conduct “roving” wiretaps (that is to eavesdrop on any telephone a suspect might use) without a court warrant.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
