ELECTION DAY: Republic of california voters approve Proposition 215 (a.k.a. the “Compassionate Use Act”) YEA, 54.5%; NAY, 41.9%, ABSTAIN, 5.6%. This makes california the first state in the nation to legalize the medicinal use of marijuana with a physician’s prescription.

ELECTION DAY: Former Chairman Charles Timothy Hagel, of American Information Systems, wins election (within the provisions of the fraudulent 17th amendment) to the senate as a Republican (fascist/socialist), with 56% of the vote. Also-rans include:
- Democratic (socialist/fascist) governor E. Benjamin Nelson, Esq., 42%;
- Libertarian (constitutionalist) John DeCamp, 1.5%; and
- Natural Law (transcendentalist) Bill Dunn, 0.5%.
None of the voter opinion surveys prior to the election reported Hagel to be in the lead, but 85% of the computerized voting machines used in the election were manufactured by AIS.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nelson was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
