Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Clinton, Esq., informs the Republican (fascist/socialist) 42nd counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) that he has ordered the release of 20,000,000,000 “dollars” to be loaned to the central Bank of Mexico from the Exchange Stabilization Fund to prevent the collapse of the Mexican Peso, after CONgress refused to give him the money.  This emergency loan comes along with 16,000,000,000 Special Drawing Rights from the International Monetary Fund, and the equivalent of 5,000,000,000 “dollars” from the (world central) Bank for International Settlements.  The reasons Clinton gave for the loan were to protect the jobs of “hundreds of thousands” of United states subject/enemy/citizens and prevent a 30% increase in “illegal” (free-market) immigration.  Clinton’s detractors say the real reason is to bail out Wall Street commercial and investment banks that loaned Mexico the money that it is having trouble repaying, because of a 40% free-fall of the Mexican Peso, which, in the last two months, had lost of its value against the “dollar.”

NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
