Republican (fascist/socialist) governor Phillip B. Scott, of the independent state of vermont, signs House Bill 511, legalizing recreational use of marijuana for residents over the age of 21 years. This is the first legalization of recreational marijuana to be passed by a state legislature, and not a vote of WE THE PEOPLE.
