While the United States Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Susan Ballard, Chief of statute enforcement for Honolulu, (republic of) Hawaii, sends letters out to the city residents who happen to be medicinal marijuana patients informing them that they have 30 days to “voluntarily surrender” their guns, or face confiscation.
