Democratic (socialist/fascist) governor Edmund G. “Jerry” Brown, of the republic of california, signs the California Values Act, making california the first “sanctuary” state in the nation.  As a sanctuary, state and municipal statute enforcement officers are forbidden in aiding Federal immigration agents.
