While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Glendale, (Federal enclave of) Arizona statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) shoots a handcuffed Johnny Wheatcroft 11 times, with an electric stun gun, as his six and eleven-year-old sons watch.  The final time the SEOs shoot Wheatcroft, is on his bare scrotum.
