In the most fractious presidential election in nearly half a century, Donald J. Trump, owner of the Trump Group, nominee of the Republican (fascist/socialist) party is elected winning 304 out of 538 Electoral Votes. Others receiving votes are:
- 227 Electoral Votes–Hillary Rodham Clinton, Esq., former secretary of state, nominee of the Democratic (socialist/fascist) party;
- Three Electoral Votes–Retired United states Army General Colin L. Powell (private mercenary, former secretary of state;
- One Electoral Vote–independent socialist senator Bernard “Bernie” Sanders, of the independent state of vermont;
- One Electoral Vote–Republican (fascist/socialist) governor John R. Kasich, of the Federal enclave of Ohio;
- One Electoral Vote–libertarian Republican former representative Ron Paul, of the republic of texas; and
- One Electoral Vote–Faith Spotted Eagle, an indigenous American political activist, from South Dakota.
NOTES:
- Although he did not receive any Electoral Votes, former governor Gary E. Johnson, of the Federal enclave of New Mexico, nominee of the Libertarian (constitutionalist) party, received 3.5% of the national popular vote six weeks previous.
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Clinton was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
