       While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Evanston, illinois statute enforcement officers (acting under-color-of-law) savagely beat and arrest Laurence Crosby, an engineering doctoral student at Northwestern University, for automobile theft.  When the SEOs realized their mistake, that the automobile did in fact belong to Crosby, they arrested him anyway.
