While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” William J. Bratton, Chief of statute enforcement for New York City, at the Cities for Tomorrow conference, announces the implementation Hunchlab, computer software that will predict the likelihood that a U.s. subject/enemy/citizen might commit a crime.  “There are no secrets, there are none, if two people share a piece of information, it is no longer secret, data mining huge amounts of information and developing algorithms that will effectively mine that data in many ways the human brain cannot.”
