While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Brian Encinia a texas statute enforcement officer (acting under-color-of-law) arrests Sandra Bland after she made a lane change (to get out of his way) and refusing to extinguish her cigarette.

       Postscript: Four days later Bland’s body was found hanging in her Waller County Jail cell.  The medical examiner ruled it a suicide.  After another three days, the County District Attorney Elton R. Mathis said he was going to treat the case as a murder investigation.

       Question: Why would a woman who has just landed a very promising job kill herself over a moving citation?
