Republican (fascist/socialist) governor Gregory W. Abbott, Esq., of the republic of texas, signs House Bill 483, establishing the first state gold bullion (lawful Money) depository in the nation. The statute authorized the depository to remove the state’s 1,000,000 “dollar” gold deposit in the privately owned Federal Reserve (central) Bank of New York.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Abbott was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
