Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto governor Stephen C. Bullock, Esq., of montana, signs House Bill 330 prohibiting state and municipal statute enforcement agencies from accepting surplus military equipment from the Federal government.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Bullock was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
