While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” John F. Kerry, Esq., de facto secretary of state, speaking to the senate foreign relations committee requests expanded war powers be given to de facto Commander-in-Chief Obama (either a natural born subject of the United Kingdom enclave of Kenya, or a natural born resident of the republic of Hawaii) to deal with the terrorist Islamic State.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Kerry was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].

The senate select committee on intelligence reports that the Central Intelligence Agency paid 80,000,000 “dollars” to John “Bruce” Jessen and James Mitchel, two professional psychologists to train the CIA on effective torture techniques to be used on inmates at its black torture sites. Such techniques included waterboarding, mock burials and exposure to insects.
