ELECTION DAY: The voters of the confederate state of georgia ratify its constitution of 1982, article I, section 1, paragraph XI of which states: “The right to trial by jury shall remain inviolate. … In criminal cases, the defendant shall have a public and speedy trial by an impartial jury; and the jury shall be the judges of the law and the facts.”

       ELECTION DAY: James M. and Kenneth F. Collier, pop concert promoters and electoral fraud investigators, video tape electoral fraud committed by the Cincinnati, (Federal enclave of) Ohio, chapter of the League of Women Voters, who were punching ballots, in an attempt to alter the outcome of the mid-term election.

       Postscript: When confronted with the facts, Craig C. Donsanto, Director of the Election Crimes Branch of the Department of Justice, refused to file charges.
