Republican (fascist/socialist) President Reagan, at the 72nd Annual Convention of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People in Denver, colorado, says, “I regard voting as the most sacred right of free men and women.”

NOTE: That is opposed to the right to be left alone (Right to Privacy).

Imposed ‘rights’ are not voluntary.  If Members of Congress can properly abstain from stating “aye” or “nay” should not a free Citizen have the same right to voluntarily abstain from a distasteful act?  –– JL
