The supreme court of the corporate United states hands down General Motors Leasing v. United states:

       Indeed, one may readily acknowledge that the existence of the levy power [threats, duress, coercion, et cetera] is an essential part of our self-assessment tax system and that it enhances voluntary compliance in the collection of taxes that this court has described as “the life-blood of government, and their prompt and certain availability an imperious need.”

       NOTE: This is the further realization of plank number two of the “Communist Manifesto”  by Karl Marx.
