ELECTION DAY: Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto CONgressman Louis C. Wyman, Esq., of new hampshire, wins popular election (in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) to the United States senate over two other candidates:

  • Wyman—110,716;
  • Democratic (socialist/fascist) John A. Durkin, Esq., former state Insurance Commissioner—110,361;
  • American Independent (dominionist) Carmen C. Chimento, a perennial candidate—1,327.

       Durkin, disregarding the value of “one vote,” let alone 355 votes, immediately demands a recount.

       NOTES:

  • Were the election held in accordance with Article I, Section 3 [Clause 1], no recount would have been necessary as the next Senator would have been elected by the State legislature as a matter of public record, and the legislature of New Hampshire would have a representative in Congress.
  • As attorneys (Officers of the Court) both Durkin and Wyman were ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
