Robert L. Kunzig, Esq., Administrator of General Services, certifies the 26th amendment, extending the privilege of voting (affirming the status quo) to 18-year-olds, has received the requisite ratification of three-fourths of the states—this despite it NOT having been proposed by a lawfully elected (within the provisions of Article I, Section 3 [Clause 1]) senate.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Kunzig was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
