APRIL FOOLS’ DAY: De facto Commander-in-Chief Nixon, Esq., orders that U.s. Army First Lieutenant William L. Calley, Jr. (private mercenary) not be transferred to Fort Leavenworth, kansas to begin serving his life sentence, but instead kept under house arrest at Fort Benning, georgia, until he exhausts his appeals.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
