The New Federalism/New Deal V (1969 – 1974) continues: While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam, “united in … determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq., signs the Social Security Act of 1971, raising benefits 10 percent, retroactive to the previous January 1st.  Also, the tax base (the threshold at which U.s. subject/enemy/citizens no longer have to pay SS taxes) is raised from 7,800 to 9,000 “dollars.”

NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
