While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are stationed at 737 bases, in 130 nations around the world, defending “all freedom-loving people everywhere in the world,” Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto President Nixon, Esq., speaking to the National Governors Association state that, “We have declared the first 5 years of a child’s life to be a period of special and specific Federal concern.”
Question: Where in the Constitution for the united States does it state that Congress is responsible for the welfare of children?
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Nixon was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
