While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam, “united in … determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” Republican (fascist/socialist) governor Ronald W. Reagan, of the republic of california—ostensibly an advocate of the individual Right to Keep and Bear Arms—signs the Mulford Act (The “Black Panther Law”), “prohibiting the carrying of loaded firearms on one’s person or in a vehicle, in any public place or on any public street.”
NOTE: This statute was passed out of fear the Black Panther Party for Self Defense had aroused by staging a peaceful, non-violent march on the state Capitol—with loaded rifles, shotguns and side arms.
