While the United states Armed Forces (private mercenaries) are in Vietnam, “united in … determination to take all necessary measures in support of freedom,” the supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Camara v. Municipal Court of San Francisco County (california): via the fraudulent 14th amendment, U.s. subject/enemy/citizen may not be prosecuted for refusing a warrantless search by municipal code enforcement officers.

NOTE: In rendering this decision, the court totally ignored the privacy provisions in the california constitution of 1879.
