The University of texas Massacre: Charles J. Whitman, a former United states Marine (private mercenary), barricades himself atop the university’s 28-story Main Building tower with five rifles, two side arms and a shotgun, and kills 14 U.s. subject/enemy/citizens, before he is fatally shot by Houston McCoy, an Austin policeman.

       NOTE: Whitman was taking the prescription drug Dextroamphetamine, to treat his Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
