The Civil Rights Movement ends: Democratic (socialist/fascist) President Lyndon Johnson signs the Civil Rights Act of 1964, prohibiting racial discrimination in public accommodations involving interstate commerce. However the definition of interstate commerce is taken from Wickard v. Filburn, and not “Federalist #45.” Also, the act establishes the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
