At the re-convening of the Democratic (socialist/fascist) 25th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) Democratic President Lyndon Johnson declares “War on Poverty.”

       NOTE: In 1958, the year the Federal government began computing statistics, the “poverty rate was calculated at 17.3%, and showed a steady decline to 11.1% in 1973, both before and after the declaration.  Since then the poverty rate has fluctuated between 11.0 and 15.2%—despite Federal expenditures of 15,000,000,000,000 “dollars” over the course of the next half-century.
