The Birmingham Campaign continues: judge William A. Jenkins, of the Jefferson County, circuit court, issues to Commissioner of Public Safety, T. Eugene “Bull” Conner an injunction against the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, to end its lawful protest against racial segregation in the city.
