The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Kent v. Dulles: “The right to travel is a part of the ‘liberty’ of which the citizen cannot be deprived without the due process of law under the Fifth Amendment.”
NOTE: While the editors agree that the right to travel is an unalienable right. That right is described by Article IX of Amendment, not Article V of Amendment. However, the court was very reluctant to cite Article IX of Amendment for another seven years.
