The supreme court, of the corporate United states, hands down Slochower v. Board of Higher Education of New York City: via the fraudulent 14th amendment, teachers may not be fired for refusing to bear witness against themselves. In rendering the decision, the court totally ignores the new york constitution of 1894, article I, section 6.
