The second Red Scare ends: an unlawfully elected (in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) senate condemns Republican (fascist/socialist) de facto senator Joseph R. McCarthy, Esq., of wisconsin, for conduct that “tends to [s]enate into disrepute.”
NOTES:
- What brings the senate into disrepute is the popular election of senators; this deprives the State legislatures of their rightful participation in the federal government.
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) McCarthy was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
