Truman is receiving from Roosevelt a (publicly held portion of the) national debt that has expanded over 11 fold from 22,000,000,000 to 260,000,000,000 “dollars,” going from 40% to 116% of the Gross National Product, and from 180 to 1,800 “dollars,” per person.

- The nation is still paying for the Panics of 1837, 1857 and 1907; the War of Federal Aggression; the Great War (World War I); and the pre-New Deal; and now the New Deals I and II; and the Axis War (World War II); through unlawful and Direct (income) taxes placed upon United states subject/enemy/citizens.
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
- The Democratic and Republican (status quo) parties have now maintained a 48-year duopoly on political power.
