The Democratic (socialist/fascist) 15th counterfeit CONgress (elected in accordance with the fraudulent 17th amendment) passes the Revenue Act of 1943—over the veto of Democratic de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq.—increasing the Federal income tax rate on “excess” profits from 90 to 95%, and raising various Federal excises on alcohol, jewelry, telephones, et cetera.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
