While the army and navy of the United states are in Africa, Europe and the Pacific, fighting “for a world in which this [n]ation, and all that this [n]ation represents, will be safe for our children,” Paul V. McNutt, Chairman of the War Manpower Commission, announces that all fathers will be subject to military conscription (involuntary servitude).

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) McNutt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
