While the army and navy of the United states are in Africa, Europe and the Pacific, fighting “for a world in which this [n]ation, and all that this [n]ation represents, will be safe for our children,” de facto Commander-in-Chief Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., issues Executive Order 9328, placing almost all good and services in the nation under his control and directing all economic resources to his ends.  This virtually suspends the free-market for the duration of the Axis War.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
