FALSE FLAG OPERATION (1941b): De facto Commander-in-Chief Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., proposes sacrificing six cruisers and two aircraft carriers to a “sneak” attack by the Navy of the Empire of Japan, at Manila Bay, in the Federal enclave of the Philippines, in an effort to get the nation into war.

       NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
