A 12-year-old Fidel Castro, living Santiago de Cuba, Cuba, writes a congratulatory letter to Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., on his winning an unprecedented third term:

       My good friend Roosevelt,

I don’t know very English, but I know as much as to write to you.

I like to hear radio and I am very happy because I heard in it that you will be president for a new period.

· · · · · ·

If you like, give me a ten dollars bill green american [sic], in the letter, because never, I have not seen a ten dollars bill green american and I would like to have one of them.

Thank you very much, Good by.

       Your friend,

       Fidel Castro

       NOTES:

  • Roosevelt had nothing to lose by sending the young boy ten “dollars.”  He was unlawfully giving money that was not his own to almost everyone else.  It might have changed history.
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2]
