The New Deal II (1935 – 1939) continues: Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., signs the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, creating the Farm Security Administration, in an effort to reverse the declining number of family-owned farms.
NOTES:
- With increased efficiency in agricultural operations, more food can be produced by fewer farms. This act only served to undue the advances in free-market progress.
- As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
