The anti-constitutional revolution of 1937 continues: Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., signs the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Act, combining admiralty (“that system of law which particularly relates to marine commerce and navigation, to businesses transactions at sea”) with equity (“justice administered to ‘fairness’ as contrasted with the strictly formulated rules of common law”) and abolishing the Common Law: “When a Rule conflicts with an act of congress, the rule shall prevail.”
NOTE: The supreme court refused to issue rules regarding procedural due process (a power not granted to it under the Constitution for the united States) until then.
