Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., lends his assent to the promulgation of the Uniform State Narcotic Act, drafted by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws.  The NCCUSL drafted the USNDA at the request of Harry J. Anslinger, Director of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, who wanted to enlist the support of the states behind his limited Federal resources to prosecute the “War on Drugs.”

NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
