The New Deal I (1933 – 1934) continues: Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., signs the Home Owners Loan Act of 1934, to stimulate home building, thus driving down the price of housing; and as a consequence, the largest saving investment of millions of retired United States subject/enemy/citizens.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
