Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

—- Isaiah 5:20

When you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing; when you see that money is flowing to those who deal not in goods, but in favors; when you see that men get rich more easily by graft than by work, and your laws no longer protect you against them, but protect them against you. … you may know that your society is doomed.

—- Francisco d’Anconia, Atlas Shrugged

Democratic (socialist/fascist) de facto President Franklin Roosevelt, Esq. signs the Gold Reserve Act, ordering the unlawful, privately owned Federal Reserve System of (central) Banks to turn all gold (lawful Money) in their possession to the United states treasury, and creating the Exchange Stabilization Fund to manipulate international currency (Bills of Credit) exchange rates without affecting domestic monetary policy.  The purpose of the ESF is to stabilize the value of the “dollar,” under the direction of the secretary of the treasury.  An initial capitalizing of the ESF of 2,000,000,000 “dollars” is accomplished by devaluing command-value of the the “dollar” from 20.67 to 35.00 per ounce of gold—a 41% windfall.

       NOTES:

  • Foreign nationals were now able to sell their gold Coin to the United States Treasury for an instant profit 14.33 “dollars” per ounce.  But for U.s. subject/enemy/citizens such transactions were illegal.
  • As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
  • This act was tacit admission that the FRSBs were insolvent.
  • This is the further realization of plank number five of the Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx.
