The New Deal I (1933 – 1934) continues: de facto Commander-in-Chief Franklin Roosevelt, Esq., issues Executive Order 6420B, creating the Civil Works Administration. The CWA is authorized to spend 200,000,000 “dollars” per month that will create four million temporary, “make-work” jobs.
NOTE: As an attorney (Officer of the Court) Roosevelt was ineligible to serve in two branches of government at the same time, according to Article I, Section 6 [Clause 2].
